The Guzzi V7 is a bike of much character, and of course has Guzzi’s trademark air cooled transverse V-Twin, in this case of 744cc capacity with just under 50 bhp. Lots of period detailing features, with twin coilover shocks, traditional clocks with chrome bezels, large chrome headlamp, twin cigar shaped exhausts, large single front disc brake, chrome rear light cluster etc
Concessions to modernity include Weber Marelli fuel injection and management, up to date brakes and Marzocchi suspension, but these bikes are all about a distinct nod to the past
This particular example has been customised by Moto Strada whom are quite well known for these. The paintwork is just beautiful in two tone Olde English Cream and Metallic Bordeaux with a heavy pearlescent flick. The bike also has a custom solo seat in quilted tan and black leather, matching tan leather grips with chrome bar ends, a genuine Guzzi touring screen, genuine Guzzi chrome luggage rack, powdercoated aluminium silver wheels, shortened front and rear fenders and higher bars
ALSO PROVIDED WITH A NEW KAPPA 35 LITRE TOP BOX AND MOUNTING PLATE
It’s all quite superb, and looks wonderful. So, if you are looking for a more leisurely cruiser, something ultra stylish and with character in abundance, this Guzzi takes some beating
