The Aprilia Dorsoduro is a quite brilliant supermoto aimed squared at Ducati’s similar Hypermotard and various offerings from KTM. It’s 749 cc V-Twin offers grunty performance from a 92bhp / 61 ft-lbs output and this, coupled with exceptional chassis and braking capability, adds up to a hugely fun motorcycle. It’s impressive technical specification includes switchable engine mapping, a lap timer, gold radial Brembo brake calipers with 320mm diameter wavy discs, fly by wire throttle, side mounted adjustable rear shock, 43mm dia. USD forks, trellis framework, hand guards and LCD instrumentation with various scrollable information. This particular bike also has a slipper clutch fitted, an open clutch housing revealing red anodised collets, blue anodised fully adjustable levers, a colour coded belly pan, Oxford heated grips, R&G paddock stand bobbins, and an Evotech tail tidy.
