The CB1000R utilises a de-tuned 130bhp Fireblade motor, allied to a smart, stylish chassis with a high technical spec. including Electronic ABS, 310mm dia. floating discs, LCD Pro-Arm Single sided swingarm, fully adjustable 43mm dia. USD forks and a fully adjustable rear mono shock. Other spec. includes high tech LCD instruments and a factory fitted HISS engine immobiliser
One of those bikes that is very easy to go very fast on, these are a very comfortable and capable machine aimed at the likes of Kawasaki‘s Z1000, or Triumph’s Speed Triple and, arguably more extreme (and compromised) bikes such as Aprilia‘s Tuono. You pays your money, but if you’re looking for a fast, stylish, user friendly big naked, then this takes a lot of beating in the ‘real world’
In nice condition, this bike stands out for it’s 2 owner provenance, and extensive documentation. Needs nothing at all and is ‘on the’ button in all ways. Great bike. All books/manuals/history/keys present
