Dubbed ‘The Beast’ this really is the first of the ultimate ‘Super Nakeds’ With 180ps and 104 lb/ft, KTM claim 0-125mph in 7.2 seconds, and MCN declared it to be the quickest bike they had ever tested upon launch with 30-100 mph despatched in third gear in just 4.8 seconds. The standard very high mechanical specification includes Brembo M50 monobloc 4 pot radial front calipers with 320mm diameter discs, Switchable Bosch 9ME Combined ABS, Brembo rear caliper, Fully adjustable 48mm USD WP suspension, Fully adjustable WP rear monoshock suspension, PASC Wet ‘slipper’ clutch, R-b-W – Ride by Wire throttle, Switchable Bosch Traction Control, Selectable Rider Modes and ever so pretty lightweight wheels and single sided swingarm
This is a Gen 2 machine, which launched in 2017 and offered stiffer front suspension, improved electronics in respect of traction control and wheelie control, revised ergonomics in terms of handlebar position and the fabulous Quickshifter + with downblipper
