This is the later Gen 2 version of the Daytona 675, launched in 2013, and easily identified by it’s side mounted exhaust pipe. These later bikes had many advantages over the earlier version with an all new engine and frame, a slipper clutch, lighter weight, improved brakes, revised bodywork and standard fitment Triumph electronic engine immobiliser

Undoubtedly the best Supersport of it’s day, the 675’s high technical specification includes fully adjustable KYB Gold 41mm diameter USD forks, fully adjustable KYB monoshock rear suspension with piggyback reservoir, 310mm floating front discs with radially mounted Nissin calipers, 220mm rear disc with Brembo caliper, a high pressure die cast twin spar frame with twin sided cast aluminium alloy swingarm, cast aluminium wheels and LCD instrumentation with gear position indicator, analogue tacho, digital speedo, fuel gauge and clock.

Dynamically these are an incredible bike, supremely accomplished, and the 675 Triple is a motor of immense character, all the time emitting it’s characteristic wail

This is Piaggio Vespa’s classic 2 stroke retro scooter, manufactured for many years and essentially unchanged. Brilliant little Kawasaki KSR110, fitted with a Takegawa 178 +R kit + lots more in Eddie Lawson Replica colours of Green/White. UK Registered from new in 2007 on an ’07’ prefix

These KSR110s are a mini moto based on the bigger KLX110, but this particular bike is significantly removed from the standard machine. An absolute fortune has been spent on it with all the right bits fitted, mainly from Japanese tuning firm Takegawa. Now with a 22bhp dyno’d power output and a 6 speed manual close ratio gearbox, it bears almost no comparison to the stock product

If you fancy a modified KSR then read on. To buy a standard bike and modify it to this level would result in costs greatly in excess of this bike’s asking price

Key modifications include Takegawa’s 178 +R big bore kit which essentially consists of 67mm diameter barrel, new cylinder head with 30mm intake and 24.5 exhaust valves, bespoke camshaft (with auto decompression) with roller rockers, and a revised higher compression ratio of 12:1

Further Takegawa parts include the afforementioned 6 speed close ratio gearbox, stainless underseat exhaust, oil catch tank, fork preload adjusters on gold inverted forks, and rear shock absorber

Other tuning parts and modifications of note are a Kitako oil cooler, Daytona underbraced swingarm, Daytona triple clamps, fork stays and headstock, Daytona quick action throttle, Pro Taper bars, Braided oil hoses, Silicon pipework and a bespoke set of Diachi spoked rims

This bike was lovingly created by a previous owner using all the right parts, with no expense spared. The net result is a unique machine that offers an unusual opportunity for the right buyer

These Z900RS’s are a modern interpretation of the fabled Z1 of the ’70s and play homage to that legendary bike’s character and style. Kawasaki have managed this in some style, and the resultant bike is a quite stunning, very stylish machine, with wholly modern mechnicals, reliability and performance, but with the look of a different age

This is a UK bike, and now registered Historic it no longer requires road tax or MOT

Unlike so many classics advertised, this is not a ‘project’ requiring extensive work, and UK registration. It is in fine fettle, and ready to be used this coming season with no work required

We believe that the bike was cosmetically restored some years ago, and having barely been used since this, remains in that as restored state. Further to this it had significant engine reconditioning work carried out in 2019 by well known engine specialists Chris Applebee Engineering in Benfleet, Essex. This work is documented and included crank overhaul with new bearings and crankcase seals, and cylinder rebores with new pistons and rings

With all of the above in mind, the bike remains true to it’s original specification, and is in truly excellent condition. Finished in Coronado Blue, the paintwork and finish is excellent, and the chromework is likewise bright and essentially blemish free. As new Avon RoadRiders are fitted, the chain and sprockets are in excellent condition and all other brightwork, such as the brake drums, are in beautiful condition

With the afforementioned engine work completed, and very few miles covered since, the motor has decent compression, starts easily, and both runs and sounds superb

A T500 ‘M’ model, this is the last of the drum braked T500s, just prior to the later disc braked GT500s. It’s 2 stroke air cooled parallel twin motor was typical of the day, offering performance well in excess of 100mph, all the time emitting the ‘ring a ding’ noise and smell that only a 2 stroke will. With 45 odd bhp, acceleration and thru’ gear performance was decently spritely

Again, we emphasise that this is a bike ‘on the button’ ready to be used for the season ahead. A quite different proposition to the majority of others, invariably unregistered imports needing much time and money spent

And so, a brilliant little 2 stroke Japanese Classic. A lovely machine that will an absolute treat to use and show at next summer’s meets

Now runs a fuss free electronic CDI ignition system

The bike is now 40 years old, and as such qualifies for tax and MOT exemption status. Because the bike remains largely original, and unmodified from standard, this would be a simple form filling procedure for the new registered keeper

A ‘baby Le Mans’ these beautiful little Italian bikes use a typical 90 degree air cooled V-Twin, transverse mounted with the cylinder heads hanging out the side of the frame, in this case of 490cc capacity, with 2v heads and fuelled by two 28mm Dell‘Orto PHBHs. Power output is 48bhp, but the torque curve is flat, enabling good pulling power all the way from tickover to the top of it’s rev range, and effortless progress

The V50 family had well thought out design inclusions from a manufacturing and maintenance point of view, in particular Heron cylinder heads, with vertical valves and the combustion chamber in the pistons, Nikasil coated cylinder bores, and the engine, ,gearbox, final drive and rear wheel contained in a separate sub assembly which enabled extreme ease of operation in accessing, or removing the engine and transmission. Air assisted forks also featured, as did Brembo brakes front and rear, with linked front calipers

The Monza (and to a lesser extent the V50 III) was the ultimate carnation and added a bigger 2.5 litre sump, larger valves, the afforementioned 28mm (vs 24mm) Dell-Orto carburettors, revised air/oil teledraulic damping, a bikini fairing, clip on bars, higher primary drive gearing and a 3/4″ longer wheelbase

Although aimed at the mid sized 500cc market, these machines are actually quite diminutive, almost tiny in size. In our view, this only increase their appeal.  A sheer delight, this little bike starts on the button and when warmed through ticks over evenly pulling cleanly throughout the rev range, whilst handling and stopping exactly as it should. The slimline, original type Monza exhausts emit a fantastic note, encouraging use of revs and engine blippin’ on the way down the ‘box. Great fun !

As with all Guzzis, it‘s a bike of individuality, character, rarity and desirability. There is a strong argument that a relatively lightweight 500cc bike such as this better serves the needs of many for a classic motorcycle; after all outright speed and power is perhaps less important now for the buyers’ of this machinery, whereas perhaps ease of use and manoeuvrability is more so

Not many of these to be found, even less so in such a true to original specification. A wonderful, price range, classic Italian bike that can be enjoyed

The ZZR 1400 underwent significant upgrades as part of the 2012 model year improvements with a bigger 1441cc capacity motor now rated at 210ps with RAM air, and 119 ft/lb of torque. Quite simply, one of the most incredible road bikes ever produced

This is the Performance Sport which has Titanium Akrapovic exhausts with Carbon Fibre tips and heat shields and an Ohlins TTX rear shock, and additionally revised seat material, a Kawasaki MRA tinted taller touring screen and back rimmed instruments, over and above the ‘standard’ model

This particular bike also has a centre stand, Kawasaki colour coded rear seat cowl, Oxford heated grips and a Meta Def Com T CAT 1 alarm/immobiliser fitted

The 2014 model year onwards bikes came with a slipper clutch, a shorted geared 6 speed transmission, Eco riding indicator, a longer and stronger swingarm for the monocoque aluminium frame, standard ABS, 4 piston 4 pad radially mounted front calipers with 310mm diameter discs and fully adjustable 43mm diameter USD forks 

The electronics package includes Switchable power modes, KTRC – Kawasaki Traction Control with 3-way switching, the afforementioned Electronic ABS, LCD instrumentation, Multi-function trip computer and a factory fitted Kawasaki immobiliser system

These are a truly wonderful machine to ride with handling and agility that belies their size and a powerplant unsurpassed by any other motorcycle, totally untemperamental, with a beautiful ‘woofly’ character and massively powerful. Just an incredible machine

The Griso is a bike of immense character, with it’s huge transverse mounted V-Twin hanging out of each side and a most noticeable rocking motion evident when blipping the throttle at a standstill as a most distinct, individual trait

The high specification of these machines include lightweight Brembo alloy rims with hollow spokes, Brembo Gold brake calipers, 43mm dia. USD Showa forks, Single sided swingarm, Electronic clocks and instruments with dual tripmeters, electronic shift light, fuel reserve and side stand down indicator, Magneti Marelli ECU and ignition with twin plugs per cylinder, Side mounted oil cooler and Flat mounted bars

This particular bike is the last of the 1100 2v models, noted for it’s relative simplicity and reliability, and in our opinion all the more desirable for it. The later 1200 4v version that followed undoubtedly had design flaws and could be quite problematic without significant investment

Totally standard, untouched and as it left the factory other than for the fitment of a tinted fly screen. Still retains it’s original Moto Guzzi dealership number plate

With exceptionally low mileage and low ownership provenance, this is a particularly fine example of a rare and unusual bike, and an opportunity that will not easily be found elsewhere
